How long have you been CrossFit’ing? About 5 months

What brought you to CrossFit? I needed a structured workout.  I know I need someone there to push me to get the exercise done.  

What is your favorite WOD or WOD type? Tabata

What is your least favorite WOD movement?  Burpees

What do your co-workers think about CrossFit? It’s a lot of hard work and they’re not about to try it.

Provide a couple of interesting facts about yourself.  I am a licensed zumba instructor. I recently completed a medical assistant program. I work with criminals on a daily basis.

What is your favorite WOD music?  Pretty much any Pitbull song.
