CrossFit, the sport of fitness, delivered in a group setting. Everyone performs the same programmed WOD or workout of the day. The class is led by a Certified CrossFit Coach to promote proper form and safety. All workouts can be scaled and every skill level can participate.
CrossFit Teens (13-17)
CrossFit Teens combines fitness and fun to inspire a lifelong love of health and fitness in teens. CrossFit is a perfect complementary exercise program for teens active in school and club sports.
Open Gym is a membership to our gym. Participants can come to the gym during scheduled open gym times, and perform the Rx WOD on their own without coaching. A certified coach is on staff during open gym for questions. If you are interested in using the box during open gym, please contact Coach Randy to schedule a skills test prior to signing up.
Personal training is the best option for someone wanting 1 on 1 training or a specialized training program (endurance, strength, agility, or CrossFit). If you are interested in personal training, please contact Coach Randy to discuss training plans and availability.
